- Maintain proactive communications regarding changes in the law affecting your family and business.
- Arrive on time for scheduled meetings.
- Present an agenda prior to each meeting.
- Return telephone calls in a timely fashion.
- Offer competitive and reasonable fees.
- Not charge for short telephone calls.
- Accommodate your schedule by being available on evenings and weekends for appointments.
- Provide easily understandable invoices with clear explanations of charges.
- Answer your questions in English, not “legalese”.
